- Increase intake of Amla in daily diet. Amla is known as Indian Gooseberry in English and is very good for controlling hair fall. You can take amla in any form like eat as a fruit, pickle, muraba, candy etc. Amla has properties to turn grey hair black as well.
- Start Yoga: Yoga has great health benefits. Yoga heals the body naturally and you can prevent hair loss by Yoga as well. You can find particular Yoga to control hair fall by searching online.
- Reduce stress: Stress is also a reason for hair loss so one must keep stress in control.
Mukesh was particularly interested about Dr. Batras Clinic. No doubt that everyone in the country knows about Dr. Batra hair & skin care clinic as there is strong marketing of the clinic. Even they have tied up with large corporate s in the area, where employees can get free consultation or some discounts on various treatment offered by Dr. Batra's Clinic in Chandigarh and Panchkula.
Since I never been to Dr. Batra's clinic for treatment and also none of people in my contract list, social network contacts have been there for treatment so I hesitated to recommend the clinic to my friend o anyone else.
